Our stylists are not only talented interior designers but also experts in the Real Estate industry and know what buyers like to see. Our stylists are experienced and keep up with the latest trends, and know how to decorate a home to appeal to your target market and buyers. We also have a huge range of furniture and décor accessories, so our stylists can pick out the best pieces for the space.

Brenda will first visit the site to provide a quote and initial consultation. Once confirmed, our stylists will select the furniture and accessories from our range to style your home, which our moving team will deliver to the property. Our staging team and stylists will set up everything to make your home look its best in time for photos and open homes. After the property has sold, we will pack up and remove all the items (unless you or the buyer wish to purchase and keep any pieces).

Please ensure the interior is thoroughly cleaned (including all surfaces and walls) and all items are moved out or into the garage (in the case of partial staging, please discuss which items will remain inside with our team in the initial consultation).

If the property is to be professionally cleaned, please ensure this is completed before we commence staging. Any construction work (plumbing, painting, plastering, electrical) needs to be complete before we arrive on the property – we cannot stage a property if there are still contractors on site.

We ask that you contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we can prepare and ensure we have the best items to stage your property in stock.

Depending on the size, a small home (1-2 bedroom) could take around 2-4 hours, and a 4 bedroom could take +/- 6 hours.

As long as required.

Yes, if you wish to keep some pieces in your home, we can utilise them in our design and also add our own accessories to carry through a style throughout the house.

You are welcome to work with our designers to discuss your preferences and requirements. Our experienced stylists will work in consultation with you to create a consistent style throughout the home which will appeal to potential buyers.

All our furnishings and accessories are insured by us while they are on your property. The home owner and their agent must take every reasonable step to ensure the security of the property during the staging period, including during open homes and letting visitors on the property. This also includes ensuring doors and windows are locked and alarms are set (if applicable).
